250/450F Cylinder Head Packages

Our Stage 1 & 2 packages can be performed to engine parts that you supply, or we can supply a new OEM head to perform the work to. We also stock thousands of valve train parts and are associate distributors for Black Diamond and Xceldyne parts. A Moose racing top end gasket and seal kit is supplied with both Stage 1 & 2 packages.

STAGE 1
Porting and texturing, baking soda blast-cleaning, assembly and valve clearance adjustment. Seals and top end gaskets included. $325 labor only, plus parts.

This service is for new OEM heads or new bikes that do not need valve replacement.

STAGE 2
Same as Stage 1 with a multi-angle Serdi valve job and original seats. $375

STAGE 3
Same as Stage 1&2 with installation of CV4 copper-beryllium valve seats and guide replacement especially for Xceldyne titanium valve train parts. $650 with seats and guides.

 

VALVE TRAIN OPTIONS
For riders interested in reliability we offer Black Diamond valve train parts made of stainless steel and titanium with double spring sets to prevent floating and matched to the stock valve seats. 4 stainless valves and complete spring kit with titanium retainers $375 also Ferrea, Faction, & Wiseco available. (POA price on application)

CV4 Xceldyne
For racers who maintain their bikes in a high state of tune and are looking for the most performance should choose Xceldyne titanium valves and springs. 4 Titanium DLC coated valves and PSI springs and low-friction seals $800
