A joint project between Service Honda and Forward Motion, over 100 new Honda engines available fully kitted with WISECO 100cc piston, and NICOM plated ported cylinder. These engines fit 2005-07 CR85 and can be modified to fit shifter karts and ATVs. The engines come with ignition systems but a carburetor is optional.

The 100cc kit is the same one that we market as a Supermini conversion to an 80 or 85. The only difference between this engine and the 2004 and older model is the exhaust pipe flange. This engine will fit in the older CR80 & 85s with the addition of an aftermarket pipe made for the 2005 and later CR85. The porting powerband can be specified when ordering and normally we port them for more mid range to top end power.

Optional accessories include Boyesen Carbon Fiber reeds, Kehin PWK 28mm carb, V-Force reed valve, or Wiseco forged clutch basket.
